A deposit toward any of Renk Travel,
Inc. services constitutes full knowledge and acceptance
of all Terms & Conditions
Cost of This Tour Does Not Include: airport departure taxes;
fuel surcharges; port taxes; passport expenses; visas; laundry,
wines, liquor, mineral water, items of a personal nature;
items not on regular menus; sightseeing or services not
included in the itinerary; excessive baggage charges; health,
accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance; tipping
for personal service; gratuities to guide and driver.
Insurance: Renk Travel is not responsible or liable
for loss, damage or theft of personal luggage and other
belongings, nor for personal injury, accident or illness.
We strongly recommend you obtain cancellation insurance.
Important Notice: We reserve the right to decline
to accept or retain any person as a passenger should such
person’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity or
general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the
rights, welfare or enjoyment of passengers. A refund of
unused land tour services is the limit of our liability.
Responsibility: Renk Travel, reserves the right
without notice to withdraw any parts of the tour and make
necessary changes. The additional cost, if any, shall be
paid by tour members. Renk Travel, acts only as an agent
in securing hotel, transportation and other travel services
and shall not be liable for any failure by any person or
company to render transportation, lodging, or other specified
tour services. All hotel, transportation, or specified services
are subject to all terms and conditions under which they
are offered to the public generally. Neither Renk Travel,
nor its agents shall be liable for any personal injury,
property loss or other damage sustained by a tour member
on the trip.
Airline Clause: The IATA Carriers and other transportation
companies featured here are not to be held responsible for
any act, omission, or event while passengers are not on
board their respective conveyance. The passenger contract
in use by these companies when issued shall constitute the
sole contract between the carrier and the tour member.
Entrance Requirements: A valid passport and a visa
are required for entry into Turkey. Non-U.S. citizens should
consult the Turkish Consulate.
Revisions & Late Booking: There is a $50 fee
for each revision to a booking under deposit. A $35 late
fee applies to bookings or final payments made less than
3 weeks prior to departure.
Payment Policy: Deposit: $200 per person deposit
due at the time of the booking. Final Payment: is due 60
days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in
writing. Regardless of the cause, the following terms will
apply on cancellation:

Less than 6 days or while on tour: No Refunds. Fees
for airline tickets are governed by the air carrier.
